Lost in Tuscany

I was born in Belgium and grew up in 3 different European countries before I came to Tuscany in 1998, just as I was finishing my MA in History. I immediately fell in love with this country, its landscape, its culture, its history... and with my Italian wife.

In 2010, I acquired my official license as Nature & Hiking Guide in Tuscany and I started working with visitors from Northern Europe. As well as guiding people through beautiful Tuscan landscapes and telling them about local history, food and wine, I like to act as a ‘cultural bridge’ between the Latin and the Northern European culture, which is often misunderstood by both parties. I provide my services in English, Dutch, French, German and Italian.
